Our goal is to guide and advocate for individuals and families as they navigate the Self-Determination Program.

We provide personalized facilitation to ensure that their voices are heard, their choices are respected, and their resources are optimized.

By promoting understanding, collaboration, and transparency, we help individuals create meaningful lives based on independence and self-direction.
 

Adaptability Path provides bilingual support for families in California’s Self-Determination Program. We offer Independent Facilitation, Person-Centered Planning, IEP advocacy, to help you navigate services with clarity and confidence.
