Adaptability Path helps individuals with developmental disabilities and their families navigate California’s Regional Center system and the Self-Determination Program (SDP) with greater clarity and confidence.

We provide support with SDP transition, Person-Centered Planning, service and provider identification, spending-plan implementation, advocacy, and ongoing Independent Facilitation after enrollment.

Our goal is to help each individual build a support system that reflects their own needs, strengths, preferences, and future goals. We work with families to understand available options, coordinate services, solve problems, and create meaningful opportunities for greater independence, community participation, education, employment, and social connection.

We believe self-determination is more than choosing services. It is about giving individuals a stronger voice in their lives and helping them participate more fully in their families, communities, and future.
