Our mission is to guide and support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families as they navigate California’s Regional Center services and transition into the Self-Determination Program (SDP).

We envision a future where individuals are fully included, empowered, and able to shape their own lives with dignity and independence.

Through guidance, education, and collaboration, we help families confidently navigate support systems, make informed decisions, and build meaningful lives rooted in self-direction, inclusion, and respect for each person’s goals, strengths, and dreams.
